Keith may have managed to escape the crime scene, and he's under Jurji's protection, but the shock deeply damages him, and he can't expect understanding from the only person he can trust.
I thought about whether to publish this chapter or not for a while, because working on this story takes so long. There are a few chapters I consider as "extra/goodie" which aren't absolutely neccessary for the plot. However, in the end I decided to post it because it shows how Keith's status is endangered by this event, and also that Jurji has put him under a lot of pressure. I hope this makes his following drug addiciton more relatable. This is also the kind of scene I love to draw the most tbh. Focused on emotions and atmosphere. I really hope a bit of it is visible.
This is also the final chapter of the flashback, before we get back to the present, where Keith still sits in his bar with Gab who travels through Keiths memories (if you still remember, hahaha... seems like it's been ages since I drew this XD).
I've set the publishing date for the next chapter to September 1st, so it'd be a bi-monthly post schedule. I hope I can do this. I'm still not sure whether my situation will improve in August (it was supposed to do, but well, complications...). But: I'm trying to change my work and life situation mainly for the reason that I can draw more. I'll have less money because of this, but the story is worth it. For me personally, at least. I just write this to show how important this is to me. And I really, really hope and wish that it may reach a few people after all.

Ich hab gestern Nacht alles gelesen und kenne es ja teilweise schon von verschiedenen älteren Versionen. Ich find deinen Fortschritt immer wieder bemerkenswert, hab ich dir ja schon mal gesagt. Es ist bitter, dass dein Talent in einer Masse aus "Fast art" Social Media "Kultur" untergeht. Ich bin der Meinung du solltest echt noch mal angehen dich bei Verlägen zu bewerben (nennt man des so?) weil da gehört das eigentlich veröffentlicht. Geprintet, damit mans in die Hand nehmen und lesen kann. Beim Lesen fiel mir auf ich bin europäische Richtung gar nich mehr gewohnt, hab ständig automatisch wieder falschrum gelesen. ^^"

He really could end much worse... the Don could get involved. His heart is broken... and it will haunt him surely, I bet that is also the reason he gained weight. Keith lost all. But hopefully... Gab.

Keith probably because of being in shock and feeling sick did move his hand in front of his mouth ... that he puked into his hand though ... unfortunate. Poor guy.
Regardless of everything, it's her fault for behaving like this. I understand he's blaming himself though, I understand he's thinking that he could had protected Kaz better, that this could had been prevented somehow. And is blaming himself for talking to her. Such scenarios are rare to find, but so important.
