The horrible event that changed Keiths life forever, and that took Kaz away from him. Keith may have orchestrated this event, but he wasn't aware of it. He underestimated Phoebe's fixation and Kaz had to pay the price for it.

This scene hurts me even after drawing it the 1000st time. =A= Compared to the first version, Keiths reaction is very different. Since he's stoned, too, he can't react properly and isn't capable of being fully aware of the situation. It was very important to me to show his emotions more clearly here. Kaz loses consciousness here pretty fast, which is more realistic imho. So it's also unclear how much of Keiths words he still heard and what his mind made out of them (it'll be revealed later, of course!).

In the case this scene isn't clear: Keith lifts his arm to block Phoebe's attack, because he thinks she wants to hit Kaz' face. Thus the acid gets split over his arm, but still hits Kaz' face.

Personal note: Unfortunately I took two months to finish this chapter. It's a bit longer than the others, but sadly I don't have much time to draw at all. Currently it's even less, so it's unlikely I can post regularly. It's very likely that I won't be able to do much in the next 3 months at least. So I guess I'll only be able to post a new chapter in July.
